Smart Railway Transportation System Seminar After

Korenix Technology (Taiwan) - Korenix had attended the smart transportation system seminar on Oct. 30th. During the seminar Korenix along with other prestigious company in the industry shared ideas and application cases with companies and government agencies such as THSR (Taiwan high speed rail), Railway Bureau, department of metro system and etc. Korenix PM Winston had introduced the smart city and PoE trend. In addition, he had shared several application cases in railway industry, tunnel and public transportation.

Live demonstration of IP surveillance system with JetWave 2212X and JetNet 5810G had also been made. Through the connection of wifi and Ethernet cable, the devices are available to build a reliable data transmission. The PoE design allows the Ethernet switch to provide power to the monitor device enabling the system to work without power supply.

Different professionals in the industry, such as monitor device manufacturers, facial recognition system and data transmission company had attended the seminar to share knowledge and innovative applications. Participants had learned and exchanged thoughts to build a safer and smarter transportation system.
