Rinstrum Has Successfully Completed the 2021 Factory Surveillance (LK & EU) NAWI Certificate CE-301 & NMI Audit

Rinstrum Pty Ltd (Australia) - Press Release: In Europe, non-automatic weighing instruments (NAWI) intended to be used for legal transactions or medical treatment should have an EU Type Examination Certificate (EU TEC) according to EU Directive 2014/31/EU before being placed on the market. Rinstrum products are covered by this directive.

NMI Module D audit for 2021 was conducted online due to the Covid-19 restrictions.

The manufacturing, quality assurance and compliance aspects of the product were reviewed during the audit. Passing this module allows us to perform our own conformity assessments on Rinstrum products to ensure compliance with the NAWI directive.
