New High Torque, High Precision Rotary Positioning Stages from Zaber Technologies

Zaber Technologies, Inc. (Canada) - Zaber’s new X-RST-DE Series devices are high torque, high precision rotary positioning stages with built-in controllers. Direct reading encoders enable high accuracy motion, delivering stage accuracy to 0.01 degrees.

Rated for a 50 kg centered load capacity and 10 N-m of torque, these rotary stages are ideal for high load, high precision, angular positioning applications.

The stage’s aperture is sized 50.8 mm (2”) with H7 tolerance, and the stage top supports kinematic mounting for easy and repeatable assembly.

X-RST-DE stages connect to the USB port or RS-232 port of any computer. They can be chained with any other X-Series, A-Series, or T-Series devices. The daisy-chain can also share power, so multiple X-Series products can share a single power supply.

These rotary stages are also available as versions with built-in controllers and motor encoders (X-RST-E), or with just built-in controllers (X-RST).
