National Bulk Equipment, Inc. (United States) - The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the marketing manager, and the marketing team, to support corporate marketing projects across all NBE operating entities. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Project Manager will be to setup, facilitate, traffic, and complete marketing projects and day-to-day departmental tasks. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager will assist in the implementation, management, and reporting of company advertising and media, social media, and trade show initiatives. Strong project management, communication, event management, and writing skills are crucial for this position. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supporting the marketing manager to identify departmental priorities and develop project timelines accordingly.
Actively managing the project schedules, milestones, and budgets through its lifecycle from project kickoff through development and launch.
Managing the workflow within the department. This includes routing projects, assigning tasks, and managing workload capacity planning.
Serving as an in-house specialist and trainer of the project management platform used by the company.
Assist in planning and managing trade shows by identifying, coordinating, and assembling trade show resources and assets, and developing and implementing trade show staff assignments and schedules.
Maintaining an inventory of sales support materials ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
Assist in development and implementation of social media channel organic and paid advertising campaigns.
Assist in data analysis and reporting on digital media marketing campaigns and lead generation activity.
Participation in creative brainstorming, tactical implementation, and results analysis of marketing campaigns.
Additional requirements include, reading digital analytics reports, vendor proposals, and billing statements; scheduling conference calls and departmental meetings; taking meeting notes; and providing departmental staff support.
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, resulting in a strong understanding of the marketing vocabulary and discipline.
Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting required deadlines.
Experience using Workamajig or similar project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.). Previous experience in Workamajig is preferred, not required.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing/advertising operations and production processes.
Familiarity with marketing functions including, but not limited to, trade media, SEO, copywriting, production management, trade show management, sales channel support, research, and analytics.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with others.
Proactive and self-guided, functions with minimal direction.
Proficient use of MS Office and MS Outlook; general knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and file transfer systems.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Project Manager will primarily report to the marketing manager, and the director of marketing as required. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate. This position may require travel with overnight stays, less than 10%, or as requested.
