Job Offer by Anyload Weigh & Measure Inc.: Regional Sales Manager

Anyload Weigh & Measure Inc. (Canada) - As we continue to expand, we are seeking a full-time, experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This remote position will report to the National Sales Manager, offering an attractive Salary plus Commission structure, with a flexible average travel time of 30%.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efforts of senior sales managers by screening leads, defining requirements, maintaining communications, closing new sales opportunities, and growing our existing customer portfolio. You will act as a liaison between Anyload and our existing and prospective accounts, working with a diligent group of technical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and OEMs.
• Research, prepare, assemble, and deliver proposals for new prospective customers and existing customers within the assigned market.
• Generate call/visit reports, sales and forecast reports, etc.
• Understand customer requirements and provide detailed product information.
• Showcase our commitment to superior customer service and technical expertise.
• Follow up diligently on sales leads and close sales effectively.
• Work closely with our sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Use your understanding of engineering principles to solidify ANYLOAD's reputation as a leader in the field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the load cell/weighing industry.
• Technical background with an understanding of engineering principles.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and respond effectively to their needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
