General Measure Packing Filler AF-5K

General Measure Technology Co. Ltd. (China) - A Chinese Client installed five GM packing fillers in the self-created VFFS machines for rice and beans mixture packing, by using its vibrator feeder only to achieve the small weighing range packing, as per 100g a pack.

Since the packing filler AF-5K is not applied as optimization as it can, the speed in this is 800+pcs/h.

Five machines can reach over 50 thousand packs per day.

The accuracy is 95%. However, AF-5K can weigh to pack from 0.25~5kg of granular materials and the highest accuracy can reach ±2g, the speed is over 1000pcs/h.
