General Measure Bag Filler Testing for Rice

(China) - Press Release: The PaxGo series bag fillers are intelligent net weighers specifically designed for high-precision and efficient packing machines used in the weighing of free-flowing granules, pellets, and certain types of powders. In response to the growing trend of small-pack rice packaging ranging from 1 kg to 10 kg, General Measure has conducted performance testing on our AF-5K (11L volume bag filler) and AF-10K (15L volume bag filler) models to determine their optimal operational efficiency.

AF-5K is tested in target weights: 1kg, 2.5kg, and 5kg

• 1kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1500pcs/h
• 2.5kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1500pcs/h
• 5kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1350pcs/h

AF-10K is tested in target weights: 1kg, 5kg, and 10kg:

• 2kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1300pcs/h
• 4kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1200pcs/h
• 6kg: best accuracy ±1g, the highest speed 1100pcs/h

These are the testing results of bag filler with a single hopper. General Measure also design and manufacture the duplex weigher for double the speed, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and reliability.
