GEC and Air Arabia Furthers their Partnership

General Electrodynamics Corporation (United Arab Emirates) - Air Arabia located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and a long-standing, proud customer of GEC, contacted its engineering team with an AOG emergency. Air Arabia urgently requested GEC provide technical engineering services for a customized aircraft weight and balance solution on behalf of their customer SALAM AIR. The request included a specialized, off-level weight calculation uniquely created for Airbus A320-251N. GEC’s engineers went to work immediately and within 2 weeks provided the customized weighing solution allowing Air Arabia to return to service their customer’s aircraft ending the expensive AOG event.

General Electrodynamics Corporation continues to be known around the world for its superior aircraft scale technology and advanced engineering contributions within the aviation industry. Air Arabia looked to GEC’s engineering team on prior occasions with similar AOG emergency requests.
