FLSmidth (Denmark) - Press Release: After more than a year of planning, last week we completed the acquisition of thyssenkrupp Mining business. This was a huge step forward for FLSmidth, and we could not have done it without the hard work and dedication of our employees.

From our offices around the world, employees gathered to celebrate this major milestone. We are all excited about the opportunities that this acquisition will bring us, and we cannot wait to get started on delivering results for our customers.
