Rittal’s New Rapid Mounting System for Flat Screens

Rittal GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) - Rittal developed the new VESA 75/100 connection console so panel PCs and TFT screens can be mounted to the CP 40/60/120 support arm system quickly and easily.

Panel PCs and TFT screens, suitable for industrial applications, are increasingly being used by operators to control plant and machinery. Rittal has developed the new VESA 75/100 connection console, so these devices can be mounted to the CP 40/60/120 support arm system quickly and easily. The ingenious adaptor offers simple, one-person assembly, a variety of cable routing options, and enables easy access for installation, maintenance and repairs.

The new VESA 75/100 connection console enables engineers to mount industrial panel PCs and TFT screens or flat-screen devices to CP 40/60/120 support arms quickly and easily. Thanks to machined keyholes, the adaptor can be fitted to the console by one person. Cable glands on all sides of the console allow cables to be connected to the device conveniently and efficiently. As a result, other peripherals such as keyboards or push button panels can be connected hassle-free. The removable cover simplifies cable routing and provides access to interior device connections.

Made from cast aluminum, the new adaptor is compatible with any TFT screen with the VESA 75/100 mounting hole pattern. Seals, materials for assembly and cable ties for cable clamping are included in the scope of delivery.
